What characterizes this position?
As Solution Consultant for Kinaxis RapidResponse you help to create and deliver the best planning solutions to our globally operating customers.
How you’ll shape our journey
  • Configure RapidResponse and customize solutions to meet our customers' requirements
  • Work with cross-functional teams to drive successful deployments on Demand planning, S&OP, Supply Planning, Production planning & Scheduling, etc.
  • Perform requirements analysis, discovery, and gap analysis for the various business requirements with Kinaxis RapidResponse functionalities
  • Conduct solution workshops with business stakeholders and process owners 
  • Provide functional and process guidance on system capabilities and solution approaches, and translate business requirements into technical solution concepts
  • Create workbooks, reports, automations etc. as well as implementing and customizing advanced RR analytics
  • Create functional design documentation, software specifications, testing/training scenarios
  • Work in a cross-functional team to deliver the best possible solution to the customer
  • Be an active part of our global delivery organisation, working in an agile setup, closely partnering with business stakeholders
What makes you a great fit
  • Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in Kinaxis RapidResponse solution implementations across industry verticals
  • Kinaxis RapidResponse authoring skills (preferably Certified Solution Consultant L1 / L2)
  • Expertise and in-depth knowledge of supply chain planning
  • Experience with Atlassian Suite (JIRA, Confluence, Service Desk) is considered a plus
  • Very good collaboration skills and ability to interact with multi-cultural teams spread across geographies
  • Strong communication skills in English
  • Hands-on mentality and structured way of working with a high analytical problem-solving competence and focus on customer satisfaction
